The company was founded in 2017 by Hans Droogh, Marc Groote Woortmann and Jan Hoff.

Hans is a highly experienced consultant and has extensive experience in the areas of risk management, asset management, project management, business administration and quality management. It gives him energy to work with people and to establish cooperation. Within the projects for which he is responsible, but also between projects. This promotes the sharing of knowledge and ensures innovation.!
After his studies, Hans worked for 12 years for the pharmaceutical branch of Akzo Nobel in various positions. During this period, the importance of thinking in terms of risks landed on him for the first time, in order to find the balance between complying with (pharmaceutical) regulations and optimal productivity.!
In 1997 Hans started as an independent consultant to support small and medium-sized companies in improving their business operations in the areas of quality, occupational health and safety, and the environment in a pragmatic way. Thanks to this experience, Hans is able to function not only within large organizations, but also within small and medium-sized enterprises.
In 2001 he came into contact with asset management and risk management and since then he has gained a lot of experience in this field. He has carried out projects at Schiphol, the RET and the municipalities of Nijmegen and Zaanstad, among others.!

A healthy lifestyle is important to Hans. That amounts to good and healthy cooking and a lot of sports (especially cycling).
Marc studied General Operational Engineering at the HTS with a post HBO Commercial Engineering at Nyenrode.
Marc has an enormous analytical ability with which he quickly understands what needs to be done and in what way. With these skills he is always looking for new challenges.
After commercial and directional positions at various companies, he found his way into the field of asset management consultancy.
Marc gets energy to help organizations and people further in improvement and optimization processes, allowing them to get maximum return on their time and money. To achieve this, a well-fitting software package is needed and that was not really there. That's why we developed it ourselves. Clarify is the trade name
With his attitude and the software tool Clarify, Marc guides our customers. Complex matters are unraveled and solved. He loves working in a team and making the improvements that make optimization and happy faces the end product.
Outside of work, Marc enjoys sports, including hockey, tennis and running. He draws inspiration from travelling and cooking, while the love for technology comes back in the execution of all kinds of jobs in and around the house.
Jan studied Physics at the University of Amsterdam.
During his studies, he came into contact with a computer for the first time. As soon as he found out, he had the necessary talent to write software. He has mastered a large number of programming languages. It started with ALGOL and COBOL and then followed by Basic, Pascal, C, C++, C#,Visual Basic, HTML and Javascript.
He is the founder of Computer Software Netherlands. A company that specialized in financial administrative software. The product Multirecord was chosen as the best package at that time and the source code was used for the package Afas, at that time a product of Raet.
After the sale of this company, he specialized in the development of investment strategies. Ultimately, this resulted in the company Sinus Software with the investment package Sinus. Sinus was developed to compose investment strategies that reduced the risk of the investment. For the last 15 years, he has been working on asset management software. This eventually led to the product Clarify.
Jan is an avid cyclist and has cycled around the world several times in kilometers. He also has a strong love for Spain. According to him, one of the finest countries in the world to live in.
