Processing special and/or sensitive personal data

Our website has no intention of gathering information from visitors under 16, unless they have permission from parents or guardian. However, we cannot discern whether a visitor is older than 16. We advise parents involved in online activities of their children, to prevent us from gaining information about children without parental consent.

Clarify processes your personal information for the following purposes:

To send out our news letter or advertisements.
To call or email you if necessary to perform our services.

To offer you the possibility of creating an account.
To deliver goods and services to you.

Clarify risk management analyses your behaviour on our website to implement improvents and meet your preferences.

Clarify risk management will also process personal information if there is a legal obligation, such as information required for tax return.

Clarify risk management saves your personal infomation as long as necessary to reach the goal for which it was processed, or when there is a valid reason to save your personal information. For example to meet legal requirements, resolve disputes or to implement our agreements.

Clarify Risk management B.V. uses the following different types of cookies

ID Cookies, which are used to recognise a user as a unique visitor. These cookies have a durability of one year and will be automatically removed when you have not visited our website for over a year.

You can review and change your ID through your administrator on clarifyrm.nl. The administrator can also review and change your cookie information and subscriptions.

You can send your request of review, correction, removal, transfer of your personal data, request of withdrawing your consent or obligation to process your personal data to privacy@clarifyrm.nl

We might require a confirmation via email to confirm that you have done this request of review. We will respond as soon as possible to your request, but no later than 4 weeks.

Clarify risk management would like to point out that you also have the possiblity to file a complaint with the nationale toezichthouder, de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens (Dutch DPA)

Clarify risk management takes protection of your data very seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized acces, unwanted publication and unauthorized changes.
